Psychotherapist

I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor in NY. After earning my MA in Counseling Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies in 1999, I worked at various settings—including community mental health clinics and a foster care agency—until 1996, after which time I transitioned into my current work as a web producer and publisher.

Astrologer

I first studied astrology at a graduate seminar at CIIS under Richard Tarnas. Starting 2001 I started counseling astrology clients professionally. My primary mentor was John Marchesella in NYC. I do not do many “readings” anymore, as I prefer to focus my efforts on my blog and my astrology podcast.

Dancer

I engage regularly in a movement practice called the Five Rhythms, conceived by Gabrielle Roth. It keeps me sane.

Musician

I can play a mean jazz piano.
