I am no longer writing about every New and Full Moon. However, do check in occasionally, as I will blog about astrological topics that are not relevant to my other blog, Seduction Central.

Jeff on the radio

A few months ago, Z'Ka at WJFF Radio Catskill 90.5fm interviewed me on astrology for their "Making Waves" program. Last night, it was aired, and now the interview is in their archives. You can download the mp3 it from my website (13.6 MB). There are a few interviews before mine; fast-forward in your mp3 player 19 minutes to listen to her interview with me.

This is my first ever radio interview, so any honest feedback about my "delivery" would be appreciated :)

I listened to both parts, Jeffrey.
Very nice!
I thought you came over as relaxed and sympathetic - the kind of astrologer I'd choose for a consultation!

I liked what you said about The Secret in part 2. I feel much the same. And it's interesting that you were once skeptical about astrology - knowing that is likely to impress listeners I think - it impressed me.

Ha, ha, Jeffrey. The part about being a skeptic until you study the empirical evidence ... that is SOooooo Virgo! Also the part about astrology having to have a practical application or what good is it. PRACTICAL Virgo makes a great psychoanalyst.

And yes, I agree with Twilight about the quality of your voice. You have a very calming presence.

I wonder whether some listeners followed everything, as you got a little advanced at times. But you made your points well and addressed all the questions. The interviewer, I'm sorry, she sounded like a total ditz. You were very patient and diplomatic. I didn't pick up the slightest hint in your voice that you might have been rolling your eyes at some of her questions. :-)

I hope you got some business out of it.

You should do some voice stuff on your site, too!
