Should Gemini woman get her hopes up about overseas Pisces military man?

Christy provided a birth time (not 100% accurate, but we'll work with it!) and writes,
Ok well the last few years have been crazy when it comes to my love life. I've been single for about a year and maybe about a month ago i was on line and i started to talk to this guy who is over sea's and is in the military. I have taken a liking to him. But i know he has a lot of female friends. But before this goes any further i want to know should i get my hopes up?
Your chart does indicate attraction to a military man. Aries -- the sign of war -- is on the cusp of your 7th House of Partnership. Its ruler, Mars, is in Virgo, the sign of the military (armed services). The house placement of your Venus -- which suggests where you find love -- is the 9th House of Faraway Places (Overseas).

The day you wrote me (8/2), transiting retrograde Venus in Virgo was conjunct your natal Jupiter. You were probably feeling optimistic and hopeful (Jupiter) about love (Venus), yet also somewhat cautious (Virgo) and hesitant to move forward (retrograde). Venus goes direct on September 8, which is a good time to proceed with new relationships. However, note that Saturn enters Virgo on September 2 and conjoins your Jupiter later the same month, squelching your feeling that there are boundless opportunities. And next year, Saturn will conjoin your natal Mars (signifying this Pisces man), resulting in obstacles toward fulfillment of your desires ... or perhaps a serious commitment.
