You just described our first date! LOL. He told great stories, I listened. He asked me to move in with him two weeks later, I declined. I declined for 6 more months. Finally I agreed. We were married 2 years later. Its been 16 years.

I agree with everyone that post so far. I dated a Leo man for a bit we got along great (I am a Aquarius). One of the only things that turned me off of him was his "I dont care attitude" that he would have sometimes. All in all I think that we were a good match but not for marriage lol.

i was falling in love with a leo man. I am a libra. We were boyfriend girlfriend for one month. He broke up with me out of the blue. Nobody was expecting it. I feel like theres more to it than he lead on. He said that hes still hurt from his ex and needs time to heal. He thought he could jump into a relationship right away and forget what happened but he couldnt. Thats what he told me. He said he wants to stay friends because he still really likes me alot and is falling in love with me and i told him that would be hard for me but I would do it. But what I dont understand is why he would break up with me and not want to get in depth with anyone (including me) on the reason why and still have feelings for me. I had a mutual friend ask him about it and she said he almost cried and wouldnt talk about it. I never even saw this coming. He said that his parents would make us break up if his grades dropped (we're 17) and deficiencies came out the day before he broke up with me. But why wouldnt he tell me if that was the reason. His dad also fired him from their family business the day after we broke up. The weird thing is that he still calls me and if i dont pick up he'll keep calling until i do. We'll talk for 30 min every night right before he goes to bed (am i the last voice he wants to hear?) and we're practically best friends now. We still tell eachother everything. When I asked if he saw us getting back together down the road, he said "Maybe Its really hard to tell right now." So I decided to tell him i did some thinking and tell him that even though it really hurts me and i didnt want to break up, i respect his decision and b/c i care about him I think he should take the time he needs to heal and I will be here to support him no matter what and when hes ready for a relationship, im here. and he called me and thanked me for understanding where he is coming from and said he wanted to see me the next day because he missed me like crazy. I want to win his heart back, so ill stay friends with him for now but i dont want to fall into the just friends category or the friends with benefits thing. This is my first time dating a leo. We are in a long distance relationship. We net 3 months ago and start dating straight away. Btw we net on the net and after 2 months, he came to my country which is 20 hours flight! We talked about marriage in the first 2 months (sounds crazy indeed) but he convinced me that he really want it. When he was in my country for the first 4 days, I started to ask him about the plan to get married. And when I saw his face that tim i can see that he seemed to be scared. I'm Taurus right on the cusp with Aries and my rising sign is Cancer, I don't know what his rising sign is but he isn't anywhere near a cusp and is definately as leo as they get. @Pocahontas, Very early Taurus is still Taurus, if not very Taurean since your Sun is in the first third of the sign. Cancer and Leo are not compatible either. You have yin (or feminine) Sun and Ascendant, whereas he has a yang (or masculine) Sun. But if he really likes you a lot, don't let the above deter you, there may be other planets in your respective charts to enhance compatibility.
My leo guy didn't really talk much... he seemed to internalize everything, even after I told him if there was anything he wanted to talk about I am there for him. I don't really get it. I'm a leo myself and I've heard a leo-leo relationship is not entirely compatible, but I'd really like to make it work.

We had an off and on dating track and the last time we were on the phone he insulted me and I wrote him a letter to clarify some statements. I got a bit rough and afterwards when I read it back it sounded accusatory.... he never responded back and we were suppose to explore our relationship potential both of us had said that we wanted became "closer". He's a Leo with a Moon in Leo. I am a Virgo with a Moon in Sagittarius. He's not your typical Leo in that he is very driven but he's very boyish, extremely sensitive and very doting. I don't know if I enjoy my loe to be agressive but Leo's have this aura around them that you cannot ignore; they're present - you can't miss them. The thing is that when we communicate, we simply are on the exact same page. But I'm ver extrovert and he's more private. It seems that he's always busy and running around, and not really iniatiing much of the contact. But when we do communicate it's fantastic. He feels expressed that he would love to have/make a family with me.
1. I just wonder if Leo's mean it when they say so, or if it's part of Leo's game?
2. Could the fact that he and I are in different states make him run slower?

Well, you all that are taken with leos, are describing my husband over and over( sexy, great, wonderful, confident, smart generous, kind etc). I am also a leo, as leo as one can be. I met my husband 12 years ago. It was a magnetic attraction in the very first second and it is still the same, or maybe stronger after so many years. yeah as im reading all these things seriusly remindes of this guy iv been datin for 3 months now. He gives me that i dont care b.s allll the time and when im around other guys he gets mad, but mind you he tells me you can do whatever you whant your not my girlfriend but when i am around other guys and were on the phone he will say whatever and hang up im going crazy the kid tells me he doesnt want a girlfriend but i know things i do bother him. what do i do to get him im like clueless.
